Assessment:
We kick things off with a thorough evaluation, consisting of a detailed questionnaire and sleep diary focusing on your child's habits, routines, feeding patterns, and temperament. This forms the foundation for establishing your unique goals and action plan, tailored to your child's emotional well-being, developmental stage, environment, sensory needs, biological rhythms, nutrition, and more, depending on their age.
Consultation Call:
You'll then have a 60-minute personal session where we look into your parenting vision, values, strengths, and challenges. We'll explore various options, brainstorm solutions, and strategise approaches to bedtime, nap time, night wakings, and any other specific issues you're facing.
Written Consultation Summary:
You will receive a written record detailing everything we have discussed during the consultation call, including going into detail about any sleep challenges your family faces and a personalised sleep plan on how to move forward.
Ongoing Support:
Throughout the process, you'll have peace of mind with four weeks of continuous access to me. This includes three scheduled one-on-one coaching conversations, email support, and the opportunity to review your child's sleep logs.
